Simply loosen the hinge side shims and pull the hinge jamb side toward stud by tightening the hinge security screws.

First, increase the shim depth behind the jamb on the hinge side. Then, increase the shim depth behind the jamb on the strike side.

Loosen the hinge side shims a little and pull hinge frame toward stud by tightening the hinge security screws. Also, you could loosen the strike side shims and pull the strike frame toward the stud by tightening the screws behind weatherstripping.
