Manufacturer's Certification Statements

The following energy tax credit certification statements provides the documentation needed to receive an energy tax credit for qualifying ProVia Door products as defined by the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009. In the prospect of an audit, the manufacturer's certification document, in conjunction with your receipt, will serve as proof to the IRS that the product you purchased qualified for the energy tax credit.
