SUGARCREEK, OH- (May 6, 2011) - ProVia is leading the way in workplace safety as its glass manufacturing facility is the first of 917 companies in its category to be awarded Voluntary Protection Program (VPP) Star status from the U.S. Occupational Health and Safety Administration (OSHA). The facility, located in Baltic, Ohio, is the third ProVia plant to earn OSHA's highest award for safety, which recognizes the outstanding efforts of the company andits employees in creating a safe and healthy work environment. ProVia is part of a select group of 107 companies in Ohio to have received the VPP award.
Sugarcreek, OH (January 14, 2010) - Terry Gerber of Sugarcreek retired from ProVia Door with 42 years of service. At a retirement party hosted by ProVia at their headquarters on State Route 39 in Walnut Creek, family, friends and co-workers assembled to wish him well as he enters retirement.

BOONEVILLE, MS (January 5, 2009) – Today, the principals of ProVia Door in Sugarcreek, Ohio announced they have successfully purchased the assets of Heartland Building Products (HBP) in Booneville, MS, from Jancor Companies, Inc. as well as two separate manufacturing facilities in Olive Branch, MS and Macon, MS.
